The Center employs one CLC Coordinator (19 hours per week), and one CLC Assistant Coordinator (up to 19 hours per week).  Additionally, there is one dedicated volunteer (25 hours per week), and several other volunteers each with a handful of hours per week.  Periodically, individuals who need to perform community service time serve as volunteers as well.

The CLC also has it’s own board of directors.  This board meets officially at least four times per year, but informally to some degree many more times.  Currently, six members make up this board.

The gym is cleaned once a week by a regular volunteer and periodically with the help of others who need to do community service.

Dave Arnett oversees the Archery program, and is a regular helper at Crosswalk.   Ruthann Sauber is a faithful CrossPower volunteer and facilitates the small group for grades 3, 4, and 5, and also the craft activity on Friday nights.   Chris Abrams is an active volunteer at the CLC.  In addition to playing many games with the youth, Chris oversees the CrossPower small groups for grades 6, 7 and 8.
