This Elder, working together with the Pastor, will help provide the direction and resources needed to make sure all the members of Grace Lutheran Church are using their spiritual gifts in service to our Lord Jesus in keeping with 1 Corinthians 12.

 Specific areas this person will be responsible for are:

*  Assisting Pastor with the More Grace Class

*  Promoting the More Grace Class to all members and perspective members alike

*  Promoting the involvement in regular Bible study / ministry groups

*  Working with and supporting the Spiritual Gifts team

               *  Working with and supporting the Shepherding Team.
