This Elder, working together with the Pastor, will assist directly with Christian education within the congregation as well as outside events.  This person will provide support for the Chair of the Board of Education.  In addition, the Elder will assist with and provide leadership in the following areas:

*  Vacation Bible School

*  Bible Study / Ministry Groups

*  Confirmation Classes

*  Grace Class

This person will also assist various groups in developing outside educational opportunities such as seminars and retreats and Bible competitions for the youth.
