*  The Elders will be required to participate in training led by the Pastor, the type and extend of which will be determined by the Pastor.

*  At the end of each year, each Elder will meet with the Pastor to review the past year’s activities and develop goals and programs for the coming year.

*  The Board of Elders will select a chairman, from among the Board, who will preside over all meetings.

*  The Elder position will be a voting member of the Grace Lutheran Church Council, and as such, will be expected to attend the monthly Council Meetings.
