The President shall preside at all voters’ assembly and council meetings and see to it that all resolutions are carried out. The president shall appoint committees according to the instruction of these by-laws or the voters’ assembly and council. The president shall be a member ex-officio of all committees and boards. With the help of the vice president, the president will see that all officers, boards and committees are performing their duties.
