Each December the
ladies of Grace meet on a Saturday morning for breakfast and for a time of
fellowship and sharing of stories and prayers. Then baskets are
prepared for shut-ins, and the church is decorated for the holiday season.
For the December 9, 2006 breakfast, the theme was "A Victorian Christmas
Tea," and was held in the Community Life Center starting at 9:00am.
The participants
immersed
themselves in the
ambiance of Victorian era decorations, Christmas music and period refreshments. Reflections and seasonal stories, poems and prayers were shared as we
remembered and celebrated the true “Reason for the Season.”

women enjoying some wonderful fellowship and food. Tables were
set up to accommodate upwards of 60 people. |
It was a spirit-filled time
with the women of our church coming together for fellowship and ministry. What a
wonderful opportunity it was to share time with a friend. The 2006 event
was organized by
Debbie
McKee and
Mary Tingley.
