It’s important to keep refreshed in the Lord.  There are many ways to do that, such as personal bible study, small groups and of course worship services.

          However, there is something about sharing the love of Christ with thousands of other believers in a stadium or convention center that rejuvenates the soul.  Once a year, a group of men join together and attend a weekend Promise Keepers event.  Past trips have been to Columbus, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Albany.  The power of the Holy Spirit is evident when 10,000 to 15,000 men sing praises to the Triune God and surrender their lives to being better Christians, husbands, and fathers.  It is truly a faith lift for men from 18 to 80 and beyond.
