WOW!! God is so AWESOME!! What a wonderful, spirit-filled, faith building,
pit freeing, God revealing time we had at the Beth Moore simulcast …………………….
INCREDIBLE!! . There were about 230 people in attendance praising God and
in fellowship with one another. We had people here from all around the area,
from Erie, Warren, Coudersport, St. Marys, Emporium, and Shinglehouse PA. We
also had people here from Olean, Portville, Jamestown, and Liverpool (that’s
New York, not England). And would you believe there was someone here from
Kalamazoo (MI)?! Not only did we have people here from all over our area,
but this simulcast was broadcast to over 500 sites, one of them being a
women’s prison.
There were tears and laughter,
hearts touched, spirits ministered to, a fresh word of God from Beth to help
us get out of our PITS and stay out, and an overall uplifting of everyone’s
faith. The food was delicious; the praise music with Travis Cottrell was
inspiring, Beth Moore was funny, compassionate and enlightening, and meeting
new Christian sisters and brothers was wonderful. There were a few things
that could have been better, one of which was the sound and we are working
on correcting that. Overall………it was an extraordinary experience.
The
following is an excerpt by Beth Moore about the morning of the broadcast:
“God worked miracle after
miracle to put on that simulcast. To share just one: TEN MINUTES before it
began, we had a rain storm in Tyler and we lost satellite power. You
understand that if WE lost power, all 500+ sites would lose power. We went
crazy in prayer. Not only did Jesus rebuke the storm, He blew away the
clouds and brought out the sun. It was stunning. He intended to make sure we
knew He was there. Jehovah Shammah!”
